Since the weather was not conducive to outdoor activity on Saturday, Eric and I decided to carve the pumpkins we had picked up the day before. I must say, these pumpkins turned out better than last year's. I won't even post pictures of last year's because honestly, they were awful.

Hopefully this is what they'll look like when we're done carving them. Eric's pumpkin had the motherload of seeds and insides.
